Job summary

Concept Frames (an ASSA ABLOY company) is seeking a Night Shift Operations Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Newton, NC. You will oversee staff and production for hollow metal manufacturing with a focus on safety, quality and on-time performance.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead teams, manage schedules, drive lean initiatives and ensure orders are filled accurately and delivered on time, while upholding cost controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience with metal forming preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong Lean, Kaizen, and process-improvement skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and production for hollow metal manufacturing.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily decisions.
• Set and achieve strategic goals for the department.
• Provide direction, training, mentoring and motivation to production teams.
• Manage work schedules to meet production requirements.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and on time.
• Provide quality oversight for all customer orders.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve procedures.
• Ensure compliance with cost control, safety, quality, and regulations.
• Attend and participate in various meetings.
