Ideal candidates have an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility for evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
