Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical background in textiles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily tasks of operators, service personnel and technicians on the shift to meet production goals.
• Enforce standard work practices to maximize safety, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure understanding and ongoing training (on‑the‑job).
• Onboard and monitor training progress for new employees.
• Communicate daily with the team on safety, goals and quality issues.
