Job summary

Interface, Inc. is a global flooring and sustainability leader seeking a night shift supervisor to lead agglomeration and continuous mixer operations in a 12-hour shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

You will develop employee capability, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures while leveraging MeSr, JDE, and AS400 systems to analyze data and optimize production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with equivalent manufacturing leadership experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of developing team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Provide leadership during critical production events including startups and unplanned line stoppages.
• Establish workforce plans and ensure staffing, training, and resources for safe and efficient operations.
• Hold team leaders accountable for standard work, process compliance, and performance.
• Own shift metrics and drive corrective actions to improve results.
• Collaborate with maintenance to prioritize preventive and corrective activities.
