Concept Frames, an ASSA ABLOY company, seeks a Night Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee hollow metal production in Newton, NC. You’ll supervise staff, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive lean improvements while coordinating with the Operations Manager.

The role focuses on developing teams, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency at our Newton facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience with metal forming or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques, Kaizen, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily decision-making.
• Assist in setting and achieving strategic goals and objectives for the department.
• Provide direction, training, mentoring and motivation to assist production teams to safely perform their responsibilities.
• Manage work schedules to meet production requirements.
• Ensure orders are filled efficiently and correctly, while providing on-time delivery to customers.
• Provide quality oversight for all customer orders.
• Lead and assist in developing lean initiatives for improving procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, inventory management, state and federal regulations.
• Attend and participate in various meetings
