Accounting Search is assisting a Montana healthcare system in hiring a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for Great Falls. This on-site, full-time role leads night operations, guides clinical staff on policies, and optimizes hospital-wide patient flow.

The position collaborates with the CNO and clinical leaders to ensure safe staffing, effective transfers, and high-quality care with strong nurse-to-patient ratios. A competitive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifikationen

• RN leadership experience for hospital settings
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility
• 3+ years hospital RN experience in ICU/ED
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire

Aufgaben

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO and charge nurses.
• Oversee patient flow and optimize nursing resource assignments.
• Direct staff in applying hospital policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams for safe, efficient operations
