Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC has partnered with a Montana healthcare system to recruit a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for Great Falls. The role leads night operations, guides policy adherence, and optimizes nursing resources to ensure smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN with MT RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and ACLS/PALS certification, plus 3+ years in hospital settings (ICU/ED) with leadership background.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Licensure & Certifications: Active, unrestricted RN license in MT (or eligible). BLS/CPR; ACLS & PALS (required or within 6 months).
• Clinical & Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years hospital RN; ICU or ED background; leadership roles.
• Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency with critical care equipment; cardiac monitoring; crisis prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO and charge nurses.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resource assignments.
• Direct staff in applying organizational policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
• Resolve complex clinical situations; address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure safe, efficient hospital operations.
