The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff coaching, and conflict resolution across departments, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high nurse-to-patient ratios in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN license or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred or obtainable within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience, ICU/ED background preferred.
• Experience in patient flow management and leadership roles.
• Ability to interpret and apply hospital policies across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow, manage nursing resources, and coordinate inter-department transfers.
• Lead and coach staff, monitor productivity, and enforce workflows.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure safe hospital operations.
