Job summary

Talent With Heart in Great Falls, Montana, seeks a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to provide shift leadership, operational oversight, and clinical guidance for hospital operations during the night shift.

You will manage hospital-wide patient flow, coach clinical staff on policies and procedures, and optimize nursing resource assignments. Working with charge nurses, physicians, and the CNO, you’ll ensure cohesive, safe, and efficient operations across all departments.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO and charge nurses.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments across the facility.
• Interpret and enforce organizational policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
