SourcePro Search, LLC is partnering with a Montana hospital to recruit a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for Great Falls. This role leads the night-shift operations, guiding clinical staff and overseeing patient flow to ensure safe, efficient hospital operations.

The position requires ADN/BSN with an active Montana RN license, BLS/CPR, and ICU/ED experience. Competencies include staff coaching, policy interpretation, and inter-department collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• RN leadership experience in hospital setting (3+ years) and clinical leadership history.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program; Montana RN license or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR required; ACLS and PALS preferred or must obtain within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resource assignments during night shifts.
• Direct staff in applying organizational policies; organize workflows and monitor productivity.
