Job summary

Essenti Talent partners with a Montana hospital to recruit a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for Great Falls. This on-site night role leads shift operations, guides policy adherence, and optimizes patient flow across the facility.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in Montana, 3+ years hospital RN experience, and credentials in BLS/CPR plus ACLS/PALS. You will work with CNO and clinical leaders to ensure safe, efficient care and strong nurse-to-patient ratios.

Qualifications

• RN leadership role with clinical oversight.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience.
• Active Montana RN license (or eligible).
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS/PALS required or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making alongside CNO and charge nurses.
• Optimize patient flow and allocate nursing resources across shifts.
• Interpret and enforce organizational policies; organize workflows and monitor productivity.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
