Management Performance Associates is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, MT. This high-visibility role provides shift leadership, operational oversight, and clinical guidance for night operations within a major Montana hospital.

You will oversee hospital-wide patient flow, guide policy adherence, and optimize nursing resource assignments. Collaboration with CNO and clinical leaders ensures safe, efficient operations and strong nurse-to-patient ratios.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or eligibility).
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• 3+ years hospital RN experience with ICU/ED background.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required or within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO and leaders.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resource assignments across shifts.
• Organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and give feedback.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Coordinate with physicians and support teams for safe hospital operations.
