Job summary

Montana Health System is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for the Great Falls, MT area. This role provides shift leadership, oversees operations, and guides clinical staff during the night shift to optimize patient flow.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders and the Chief Nursing Officer to make administrative decisions, coach staff, and resolve issues across departments, ensuring safe and efficient operations in a high-visibility environment with excellent outdoor

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required or within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience.
• ICU or ED clinical background required.
• Experience in patient-flow management and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize hospital-wide patient flow and nursing resource assignments.
• Interpret and enforce organizational policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
