Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, Montana. This on-site, full-time night role provides leadership for hospital-wide patient flow and clinical guidance to the night shift teams.

Working with clinical leaders and the CNO, you will oversee admissions, transfers, staffing, and policy interpretation, ensuring safe and efficient care across departments. The role offers competitive pay, night differential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN license or eligibility to obtain.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred or must obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience, ICU or ED.
• Proven ability to manage patient flow and lead night-shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses, clinical leaders, and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Optimize hospital-wide patient flow and manage nursing resource assignments at night.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows and monitor productivity.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient or family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
