Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is recruiting an experienced Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for a prominent Montana hospital system in Great Falls.

This role provides shift leadership, oversees operations, and offers clinical guidance during the night shift. You will manage hospital-wide patient flow, guide staff on policies, optimize nursing resource assignments, and coordinate with the CNO and clinical leaders to ensure safe, efficient operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or eligible).
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses, clinical leaders, and the CNO.
• Optimize patient flow, manage nursing resource assignments, and streamline transfers/admissions.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and give feedback.
• Serve as primary contact for complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and support teams to ensure safe, efficient hospital operations.
