Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, MT. Lead the night shift, oversee patient flow, and guide nursing teams ensuring safe, efficient hospital operations.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders and the CNO, supervise staff, and optimize inter-department transfers while maintaining excellent nurse-to-patient ratios and a high standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• RN with Montana license or eligibility.
• ADN or BSN from accredited program.
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
• 3+ years hospital RN experience; ICU/ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and admin decision-making with CNO and charge nurses.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments across shifts.
• Direct staff on policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams for safe operations.
