Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC in Great Falls, MT seeks an experienced Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to provide shift leadership, operational oversight, and clinical guidance during night shifts.
You will manage hospital-wide patient flow, guide staff on policies, and optimize nursing resource assignments while collaborating with the CNO and clinical leaders to ensure safe, efficient operations and staff coaching.
Qualifications
- Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
- Active Montana RN license or eligible for licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
- Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience; ICU/ED background.
- Leadership experience; patient flow management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with key leaders.
- Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments.
- Direct staff in applying policies; manage workflows and feedback.
- Resolve complex clinical situations; address patient/family concerns.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support teams for safe operations.
