Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, Montana. You will provide night-time leadership to the hospital administrative team, oversee patient flow, and guide nursing staff under clinical leadership to optimize operations.

In this role, you will coordinate staffing, resolve complex clinical situations, and collaborate with CNO and physicians to ensure safe, efficient care across departments.

Qualifications

• RN nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience coordinating patient flow and staffing in night shifts.
• Strong knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments; coordinate inter-department transfers and admissions.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and give feedback.
• Serve as primary point of contact for complex clinical situations and patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure safe, efficient hospital operations.
