Zaddy Solutions in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to lead night operations, oversee patient flow, and guide policy adherence across the hospital.

In this on-site role, you will partner with the Chief Nursing Officer and clinical leaders, supervise staff, optimize nursing resources, resolve complex clinical issues, and foster safe, efficient care during night shifts.

Competenze

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility; BLS/CPR certs.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience; ICU/ED background; leadership roles.

Mansioni

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments; manage inter-department transfers.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows and provide feedback.
• Resolve complex clinical situations; address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
