Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Montana seeks a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to lead night operations, supervise shifts, and guide patient flow system-wide. You will work with clinical leaders and the CNO to optimize nursing resources and ensure safe, efficient hospital operations in Great Falls.

The role requires RN licensure (MT), ADN or BSN, BLS/CPR, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire, with 3+ years ICU/ED experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• RN leadership background with clinical RN practice in hospital settings.
• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in MT (or eligibility).
• BLS/CPR; ACLS & PALS within 6 months if not current.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments across the facility.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows; delegate and monitor productivity.
