Job summary

Your Talent Team in Great Falls, Montana, seeks a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to lead night operations and optimize patient flow across the hospital.

You will guide clinical staff, coordinate with the CNO, and ensure safe, efficient patient care during night shifts. A strong nursing leadership background and ICU/ED exposure are required to shape staffing and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN license or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS required or within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience.
• ICU or ED background; patient flow experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO collaboration.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resources across the facility.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows and monitor productivity.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and support teams for safe operations.
