Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Solon memory care community is hiring a Memory Care Support Partner for 7pm–7am shifts in Solon, OH. This full-time role offers an hourly pay range of $18–$24 and a schedule that alternates weeks.

You will advocate empathy, observe residents to tailor engagement plans, help create a safe, respectful environment, document care, and assist with orientation of memory care teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as a Patient Observer to learn residents' interests and develop engagement plans.
• Support Mise en Scène by preparing spaces and routines to guide residents’ day.
• Serve as Life Partner, assisting residents with daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
