Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time overnight shift (11:00pm–7:00am) at Vitalia Mentor in Mentor, OH. The role focuses on compassionate resident care, documentation, and engagement in a home-like environment.

You’ll work with memory care residents, supporting daily activities, safety, and social engagement while upholding Arrow's core values and care standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy with residents and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Serve as patient observer to understand residents' interests and needs.
• Master the mise en scène by preparing spaces and routines for residents' daily activities.
• Act as life partner by supporting residents throughout their day.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and promptly.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members and coordinate care.
