Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the Solon, OH location. This full-time role supports residents in memory care, with a 7:00 am – 7:00 pm schedule and a pay range of $18.00–$24.25 per hour.

You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and help create engaging daily routines while documenting care and coordinating with the memory care team to ensure a safe, respectful, and compassionate living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Identify resident interests and craft engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily activities and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily life.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient memory care team members.
