Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in North Royalton, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate, resident-centered care during evening shifts. You will engage residents, observe needs, document changes, and support daily activities in a home-like environment.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Arrow Senior Living. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, English proficiency, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs with a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English communication with residents.
• Active, energetic attitude and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and needs and develop engagement plans.
• Prepare spaces and activities to support daily routines and events using Mise en Scène principles.
• Document resident care changes accurately and timely.
• Assist with orientation of team members in memory care neighborhoods.
• Support residents in daily living from wake to sleep.
