Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the Vitalia Westlake community in Westlake, OH. The role covers the 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift and offers a pay range of $18–$24 per hour in a full-time capacity, with benefits and opportunities for internal growth.

The position emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and teamwork within a supportive home-like environment. Applicants should be at least 18, possess a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print and enter resident information.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Be an empathy advocate to create human connections with residents.
• Serve as a patient observer to understand resident interests and engagement needs.
• Create and implement engaging plans with proper mise en scène.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and condition changes accurately.
• Orient team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
