Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker for Vitalia Solon in Solon, OH. The position is part-time with a 10:30am-6:30pm shift on Tuesdays and Saturdays, offering pay from $18 to $24.50 per hour.

The role emphasizes creating a warm, home-like environment, supporting family-style meals, ensuring snacks and hydration, and engaging residents with meaningful activities within the neighborhood.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum 8th grade level.

Responsibilities

• Create a homelike, welcoming, tidy atmosphere in memory care areas.
• Be present in the dining room to prepare and serve family-style meals and guide residents as a group.
• Ensure residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Engage residents in the Neighborhood to provide meaningful experiences.
