Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the Vitalia North Royalton community. The role runs 7:00am–7:00pm with a full-time schedule in North Royalton, OH. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Act as Patient Observer to identify interests and engage residents.
• Master the Mise en Scène to set the stage for daily resident experiences.
• Serve as Life Partner to assist residents from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
