Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the 11:00pm–7:00am shift at Vitalia Mentor in Mentor, OH. This full-time role offers a pay range of $18–$24.25 per hour and a chance to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.

You will advocate empathy, observe residents, document care, and support memory care teams in daily activities, routines, and safety during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and document changes in residents' condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
• Support daily activities and engagement of residents overnight.
