Arrow Senior Living in Mentor, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to warmly engage residents during daily routines and sensitive moments.

The role requires compassion, patience, and strong English communication, with shift 11:00pm–7:00am; pay range $18–$24.25 per hour; full-time, on-site.

You will document care, support orientation for memory care teammates, and help create a welcoming, safe setting that enhances residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Observer of residents to inform engagement plans.
• Manage mise en escena by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident spaces.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from morning to night.
• Accurately document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist in orienting memory care team members.
