Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly front desk associate to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience. You will greet and meet potential members, answer questions, give tours, handle sign-ups, and assist with check-ins and account updates.

This role emphasizes service, problem solving, and teamwork. You will help maintain club cleanliness, support BCM amenities, and escalate issues to a manager as needed while upholding high standards of courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club environment.
