Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to greet guests, answer calls, conduct tours, and assist with member sign-ups and cancellations at the club front desk.

You will update member accounts, help with BCM amenity usage, and escalate service issues to the Club Manager. The role requires standing/walking most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take information calls and tours; assist in member sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage.
• Update member account information and assist with check-ins.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to Club Manager/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain neatness/cleanliness of the club.
