Job summary

Amcor LLC in Oshkosh, WI, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to manage 20 hourly employees on a 12-hour night schedule (4:30pm start) across Slitting and Lamination. Drive safety, quality, service, waste reduction and productivity through strong team leadership and policy adherence.

You will lead safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve issues and optimize production metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and in operations supervision.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a safety leader and prioritizes safety in all responsibilities.
• Establishes and maintains policies with EHS to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Investigate incidents and recommend improvements.
• Participate in audits, GEMBAs, and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and manage schedules.
