Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 production areas within the facility.
• Guide manufacturing teams in union/non-union settings; troubleshoot issues daily.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards; suggest improvements.
• Support maintenance and value stream projects to meet schedules.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve process issues.
• Lead Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Maintain standard work and records.
