Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the 2/2/3 night shift at the Oshkosh North plant, supervising approximately 20 hourly employees. You will ensure safety and quality while driving productivity and reducing waste in Slitting and Lamination.

You’ll monitor production against plans, manage daily schedules, and review SAP dashboards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you support continuous improvement and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience totaling 5 or more years.
• Computer proficiency required; SAP experience a plus; MS Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety leader and uphold safety policies with EHS collaboration.
• Oversee Slitting and Lamination departments and 20 hourly employees on a 2/2/3 12-hour night shift (4:30pm start).
• Manage daily production and schedules to meet goals; monitor dashboards and SAP data.
• Handle timecards and time-off requests to ensure accurate payroll and coverage.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and sustain gains from initiatives.
• Evaluate equipment/material issues with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve.
