The ideal candidate brings a technical degree and 7+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in supervision, delivering strong outcomes in a high‑performing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 5 years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
• Oversees safety, quality, productivity, cost and culture for Oshkosh North Slitting and Lamination departments.
• Manages KPI programs, audits, and department meetings.
• Supervises salaried Shift Supervisors and handles hiring, training, and performance management.
• Leads CI efforts and ensures adherence to SOCs and GMP standards.
