Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production, drive safety, quality, and productivity while upholding Amcor’s values and policies.

You will oversee daily production plans, manage timecards, supervise staff, and partner with maintenance and engineering to resolve equipment issues, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years' experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related; equivalent combination totaling 5+ years.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety leader and uphold safety in all responsibilities with EHS collaboration.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and manage timecards for payroll coverage.
• Champion continuous improvement and sustain gains from initiatives.
• Analyze production data using dashboards and SAP to drive decisions.
• Foster a High Performance Culture and teamwork across shifts.
