Job summary

This role offers a 12‑hour night shift (6pm–6am) with $21.00/hour base plus $1.20 night shift premium, 1.5x overtime on Sundays and after 40 hours, plus an 8% 401(k) match and day‑one benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic safety and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
• Quality Assurance: perform inspections and report quality concerns.
• Machine Operation Support: assist operators with setup, simple troubleshooting, roll changes, jams, and other adjustments.
• Systems & Equipment: access AMS, interpret production specs, operate tilt lock, bander, pallet jack.
• Workplace Organization: maintain 6S standards.
• Team Collaboration: participate in continuous improvement and other tasks as assigned.
