Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team on a nights 2-2-3 continental shift.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and aim to minimize downtime across our production lines. This role requires strong leadership, experience in manufacturing, familiarity with SAP and MS Office, and a commitment to food safety and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point.
• Proven leadership experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the maintenance functions and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees on night shift.
• Ensure compliance with food quality, safety and OHSA regulations.
• Improve manufacturing processes and reduce bottlenecks.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and optimize production efficiency.
