Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead our maintenance team in ensuring reliable plant operations and maximal production capacity.

You will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical issues, and uphold safety and environmental regulations to keep the facility compliant. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Previous or current experience with dairy and/or aseptic experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the maintenance functions and ensure preventive maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and SQF standards where applicable.
• Lead and direct the work of maintenance staff and oversee hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Improve manufacturing processes, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance and operating costs.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance and document SOPs and best practices.
