Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a Supervisor Maintenance for 1st shift (6am–3pm) to lead the maintenance team, ensure preventive maintenance, and drive reliability across plant equipment. You will champion safety, GMPs, and environmental compliance while reducing downtime and optimizing costs.

You will work with production to implement equipment modifications for efficiency, document SOPs, and mentor staff to meet performance targets in a fast-paced beverage facility.

• Excellent communication and teamwork across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance functions and ensure preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, GMPs, and PPE requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and reduce downtime while controlling costs.
• Collaborate with production to modify equipment for efficiency and maintainability.
• Document environmental compliance and generate periodic safety and performance reports.
