Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead maintenance teams, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure electrical troubleshooting and safety compliance across our production facility.

You will work with the Maintenance Manager to optimize uptime, reduce downtime, and implement best practices to maximize production efficiency. The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing, dairy/aseptic experience preferred, and proficiency with Excel, SAP, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Previous or current experience with dairy and/or aseptic experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of other employees.
• Oversee maintenance functions and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Identify and solve equipment reliability and uptime issues to maximize production capacity.
• Develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Document and maintain SOPs; coordinate installation of new equipment.
