Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive manufacturing results on nights, owning performance and safety, coordinating with maintenance to ensure PM adherence and on-time changeovers.

You will lead shift teams, draft schedules, monitor downtime, and drive continuous improvement using GMP, SQF, HACCP knowledge. A high school diploma is required; beverage manufacturing experience and SAP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment, beverage production preferred.
• Strong understanding of production machinery and forklift awareness.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Availability for shift work.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and PPE requirements.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees and schedules.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality, yields, and efficiency.
• Perform changeovers efficiently and ensure proper settings and parts.
• Maintain downtime records and production quality documentation.
• Provide training and cross-training to meet production schedules within budget.
