Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive production results with ownership of line performance, changeovers, and maintenance coordination.

You’ll lead a team, uphold GMP/SQF standards, and develop efficient processes on a 5:30pm–6:30am, 2-2-3 night shift. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing (beverage experience preferred), strong troubleshooting, SAP knowledge is a plus, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably beverages.
• Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment is preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of other employees and ensure adherence to safety and GMP policies.
• Draft and post weekly schedules based on production requirements and communicate changes.
• Collaborate with all departments to improve quality, drive efficiencies, and yields.
• Perform and train on changeovers, ensuring proper settings and tooling.
• Record downtime and production data and maintain records.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and basic machine care.
• Provide training and cross-training to meet production schedules within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee a specific plant area as needed and support shift handovers.
