Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance for the 3rd shift (10:30pm - 7:30am) to lead maintenance activities, ensure preventive maintenance, and improve production efficiency at our Greer, SC facility.

The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing leadership, strong problem solving, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP. You will oversee staff, enforce safety standards, and drive improvements to reduce downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to change.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance functions and preventive maintenance.
• Direct and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with production.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and waste.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, GMPs, safety policies and environmental rules.
• Coordinate equipment installation and modifications to improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports on safety and environment.
