Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance function, ensure preventive maintenance of plant and equipment, troubleshoot electrical issues, and maximize production capacity while complying with OHSA and safety regulations.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role covers a 6am–6:30pm dayshift on a 2-2-3 schedule, and requires 5–7 years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing facility experience.
• Experience leading teams in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, PPE, OHSA and safety policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
• Coordinate installation and start-up of new equipment.
• Maintain documentation and reports for environmental and safety compliance.
• Evaluate personnel performance and provide coaching.
