Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing facility experience.
• Leadership role with ability to manage the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance functions and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
• Improve processes to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
• Coordinate installation and modification of equipment for efficiency.
