Packsize in Fort Worth seeks a skilled Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain packaging equipment at customer sites, perform start-up tests, and deliver customer training. You will build strong, trust-based relationships while ensuring safety and quality in every interaction.

The role demands problem-solving, travel to customer facilities, and collaboration with R&D, software, and quality teams. A hands-on mindset and safety-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus is required.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Associates Degree, Vocational Training, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Analyze KPIs to identify issues and perform maintenance.
• Continuous learning about customer processes and specs.
• Install Packsize solutions and train others.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and travel arrangements.
• Maintain safety protocols.
