Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain equipment on customer sites in Fletcher, NC. You will perform start-up testing, provide training on product capabilities, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with R&D, software and quality teams.

Ideal candidates solve complex mechanical problems, manage tasks on-site, and communicate effectively. Travel may be overnight for training or service calls, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Install Packsize solutions and train customers.
• Prepare detailed technical reports.
