Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain equipment at customer facilities in China Grove, NC. You will perform start-up testing, deliver training, and troubleshoot complex machinery while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires independent work style, strong mechanical aptitude, and willingness to travel for initial and ongoing training. An associates or vocational background is expected; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Willingness to travel for training and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Install and configure Packsize solutions onsite.
• Provide start-up testing and customer training on product capabilities.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Analyze KPI to identify machine performance issues.
• Travel to customer facilities as required.
• Communicate clearly with Packsize and customer personnel.
